Unofficially, @BOENYC reports AM Victor Pichardo won #86AD Dem primary manual count by TWO votes over rival Hector Ramirez.

The BOENYC will seek to certify the results at next Tuesday’s Commissioners meeting. The Supreme Court hearing has been moved from this coming Monday to next Wednesday to allow the BOE to certify the recanvass report declaring Democratic Assemblyman Pichardo the winner.

On FB, Anthony Rivieccio, a Hector Ramirez supporter, claims in a Northwest Bronx Democratic Club post that "8 last minute absentee ballots" favoring Assemblyman Pichardo were found during the Bronx BOE’s manual recount. According to one person who observed the manual recount that claim is factually untrue.

It’s believed that attorney Stanley K Schlein, representing Pichardo, will move to withdraw their action challenging 43 absentee ballots delivered by Team Ramirez. On behalf of Hector Ramirez, his attorney Sarah K. Steiner, Esq., will urge the Court to dismiss the election fraud allegation.

However, it remains to be seen if DA Robert Johnson will likewise end his election fraud investigation into the ballots.

I believe DA Johnson should pursue the fraud allegations as a means of sending a message that his office takes voter shenanigans seriously. Bad actors must be removed from politics.
