Lawmakers in the Democratic-led chamber have passed a bill that would set the redistricted Senate and Assembly lines (93-43.), plus a constitutional amendment for an independent redistricting process (117 to 12). The chamber also passed a constitutional measure that would expand casino gambling in New York.
