This afternoon, the NY Times reported that

New York officials announced Tuesday that Fresh Direct, based in Queens, will build and move to a 500,000-square-foot building in the Bronx.

The Times also reported that the total value of the incentives from the city, the state and the Bronx BP Ruben Diaz topped $120 million: including $74 million in city tax exemptions, $18.5 million in state tax credits, and $18 million in cash, split between city and state.
The new Fresh Direct headquarters will be in a state-of-the-art facility at the Harlem River Yard. The deal retains 2,000 existing jobs, creates 1,000 new jobs, and promises to yield an economic impact of $255 million to the city.
