According to the NY Daily News, Trump will have massed 850 delegates after yesterday’s massive blowout victory in New York. He needs only 400 more delegates to surpass the 1237 delegates needed to clinch the GOP presidential nomination.

It will play out through June but Trump can eke out the nomination. But barely.

From today’s NY Daily News:

"Republican voters will also head to the polls April 26 in Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

"In all, 172 GOP delegates will be at stake that day [April 26].

"A handful of contests follow Indiana’s — including Nebraska (36 delegates) and West Virginia (34 delegates) on May 19, Oregon (28) on May 17 and Washington State (44).

"But the race won’t be decided — if it is decided at all — until June 7, when a staggering 303 delegates will be up for grabs in California, New Jersey, Montana, New Mexico and South Dakota."

Get ready for a "tough mudder" of a General Election.
