NY1 News reports that embattled “Assemblyman Micah Kellner of Manhattan is appealing an ethics panel’s ruling that he sexually harassed his staff members.
He’s now requesting a public hearing on the matter with sworn testimony from witnesses.
Kellner says that the investigation was flawed and its conclusions were wrong.
He’s asking the state legislature to withhold sanctions in the meantime.
Kellner has come under major criticism from fellow Democrats, including Governor Andrew Cuomo.”
