The NY Daily News Editorial Board calls on Council Speaker Chris Quinn and the rest of the City Council to ignore Bronx Councilman Fernando Cabrera’s phony concerns and approve the Kingsbridge National Ice Center project.
The editorial also urges local prosecutors to investigate allegations of improprieties involving CM Cabrera’s effort to steer community benefits agreement funds to a nonprofit he controls.
