Dennis Gabryszak will push for a public hearing into a series of sexual harassment charges against him, his lawyer told WGRZ.
Four female aides to the Buffalo-area assemblyman have filed notice that they will sue Gabryszak for sexual harassment.
Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday challenged Gabryszak and Assemblyman Micah Kellner, who was also found to have improperly harassed subordinates, to either deny the charges or resign.
Both men, it now appears, have no intention of resigning.
